The Panorama weekly report and dashboard work together to display the user with relevant pathogen data both at a glance and through in-depth charts. The weekly report will show the previous weeks positives, total tests, positivity, four-week average, and the trend per pathogen.
Users can navigate from the weekly report main page to the pathogen specific page by clicking on the pathogen name. This will display two charts, the first showing the weekly positives (if positives are present) and the seasonal data over the last 4+ seasons.
Users can then navigate to the Dashboard from this page which loads a weekly view of the selected pathogen which compares the selected week to the previous week. From here the user can add additional filters (ordering location, age, pathogen, etc.) or select additional charts that
views the data on different times scales as well as looking at positivity instead of number of positives.
Weekly Report Trend Line Criteria:
- There must be at least 2 positives present in the current week.
- Current week positivity must be at least 10% +/- from the 4 week average positivity.
